Vendors are invited to register and exhibit at the 2023 IAWRP Water Rescue Symposium.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Space is limited and will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
- All Exhibitor booths are 10'x10'
- Exhibit hall be open to attendees from 0700 - 1630 on Monday (6/19/23) and from 1800-2100 Monday evening during the Vendor Reception

- The Vendor Reception will take place in the exhibit hall (6/19/23) and we will serve Beverages and light Hors Devours (1830 - 2100)


- IAWRP requires all exhibitors to carry commercial general certificate of liability insurance throughout the conference. IAWRP, The Century Center and The City of South Bend must be named as additional insured on the Certificate.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received prior to 3/15/22 will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee.
- Cancellations received prior to 5/1/22 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after 5/1/22 will not be eligible for a refund.
